Friendly staff made the experience somewhat enjoyable, and the kitchenette was a nice touch. However, the room had a musty smell, and housekeeping seemed lacking, with empty toiletries and cosmetic damage on the walls. Definitely not what I expected from this brand!

The facility was clean and had friendly staff who went the extra mile. The Studio Suite had excellent amenities which made our stay enjoyable. I appreciated the convenient location, as it was close to many attractions.
